Rosoft Audio Converter is a program that is designed for the Lame MP3 Encoder but it can also use plug-ins like WMA8EUTIL.exe a console program that encodes wave files into wma files. With the right console program you can basically convert any file to whatever format you want as long as you have the right console program.

Rosoft CD Extractor is our most famous program over the year and is well awarded on several sites. This is a ripper program that transforms you audio CDs into data files on the PC. You can rip to mp3 and wave files on the fly. The same way Rosoft Audio Converter uses console program you from Rosoft CD Extractor also encode to wma, ogg, mp3 or any format as long as you have the right console program.
